General Requirements:

• Recent graduates from university
• Years of experience: Less than 2 years since university graduation (excl. internships)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or a high-level education
• Language: Proficient in spoken and written English, local language as required based on locations
• Language: Proficient in spoken and written English, local language as required based on locations Interest in developing in Talent and Culture (Training Development & Business Partner)  

Internal Candidates:

• Current associates (full-time/ part-time) can also apply for MTP if they meet all requirements above.
• Years of experience (both internal and external) should be less than 2 years.
