Nível Acadêmico: Ensino Superior Completo Turno/Horas -- Áreas de Atuação Profissional: TI - Projetos Descrição: 5470 Main SkillSenior APO & IBP Consultant Habilidades: Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field * Minimum 3 life cycle implementation experience on SAP IBP S&OP, IBP Demand and SAP APO * Detailed configuration knowledge on IBP and APO is mandatory * If worked on only on support of SAP IBP / APO then minimum 8 years of experience * Total Supply Chain Management experience of minimum 12 years * Good communication skills to conduct the design workshop and training sessions * Solid understanding of S&OP process, production planning concepts, capacity planning, PP-DS planning * Hands-on experience with planning-related activities (e.g., demand inputs, production planning, S&OP support, or master data planning) * Experience working with SAP ECC or S/4HANA PP and its integration with MM, SD, and QM * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions * Experience with functional documentation, testing, and user support * Advanced English for global project communication, Spanish also would be desired Main Activities and Responsibilities* Support and enhance SAP APO / SAP IBP planning processes after completion of structured training programs * Work with business stakeholders on demand planning, supply planning, response & supply, and S&OP/IBP scenarios * Analyze planning requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations * Support integration between SAP IBP/APO and SAP ECC or S/4HANA, ensuring data consistency and planning accuracy * Assist with master data setup and validation relevant to planning models and simulations * Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for APO/IBP enhancements and releases * Provide functional support for incidents and continuous improvement initiatives * Document planning processes, configurations, and best practices * Collaborate closely with PP, supply chain, and IT teams to improve end-to-end planning maturity Soft Skill (Personal characteristics)* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, especially for complex planning scenarios * Clear, structured, and confident communication with both business and technical stakeholders * Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability * Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments * Organized and disciplined approach to problem analysis and documentation * Customer-oriented attitude, focused on delivering business value through planning optimization * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving planning models * Professional maturity to engage with senior stakeholders and support decision-making processes Address's Allocation (Full address)Hybrid allocation São Paulo/SP
