Sobre a vaga
Buscamos uma pessoa criativa, organizada e orientada a resultados para integrar nosso time de Marketing, atuando de forma integrada com as lojas físicas, o e-commerce e as marcas parceiras.
Principais responsabilidades
- Planejar e executar ações de marketing digital e 360°, alinhadas ao calendário comercial das lojas e do e-commerce
- Gerenciar redes sociais e produzir conteúdo que reflita o posicionamento da marca
- Planejar e acompanhar campanhas de mídia paga (Google Ads e Meta Ads)
- Apoiar a operação e as ações do e-commerce
- Acompanhar KPIs e indicadores de desempenho das campanhas, gerando análises e propostas de melhoria
- Criar peças de comunicação seguindo a identidade visual da marca (paleta, tipografia e padrões), inclusive materiais internos de acompanhamento de vendas
- Apoiar o relacionamento com marcas parceiras em ações de comunicação, campanhas e ativações conjuntas
- Organizar e gerenciar eventos e ativações
- Cuidar da identidade visual das lojas, incluindo merchandising e melhorias de ambiente
- Atuar em parceria com as equipes de vendas das lojas, alinhando ações e apoiando resultados

- Habilidade com ferramentas de design e criação de peças (como Canva)
- Capacidade analítica para acompanhar métricas e transformar dados em decisões
- Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas
- Senso estético e atenção aos detalhes
- Proatividade, organização e gestão de prioridades
