Responsável pela supervisão diária de uma equipe de atendentes de call center, incluindo o monitoramento do trabalho e da frequência, em conformidade com as políticas da organização e os requisitos legais aplicáveis. Acompanhe de forma eficaz os subordinados diretos em relação ao seu desempenho regularmente para garantir que as metas de desempenho sejam atingidas, no mínimo, semanalmente. Identificar problemas relacionados ao desempenho, desenvolver um plano de ação para melhoria, implementar medidas corretivas, incluindo, se necessário, a rescisão do contrato de trabalho. Garantir que o serviço prestado aos nossos clientes atenda aos Indicadores-Chave de Desempenho (KPIs) contratuais e às expectativas financeiras. Comunique as expectativas aos funcionários e forneça atualizações oportunas. Fornecer conhecimento especializado no atendimento de chamadas de clientes que necessitam de escalonamento, conforme necessário. Realizar reuniões de equipe para garantir a comunicação ágil de informações relevantes e como um fórum aberto para contribuições. Agendar e organizar atividades da equipe. Mantenha-se atualizado(a) sobre os processos de trabalho internos, políticas e procedimentos. Participe dos treinamentos obrigatórios de desenvolvimento gerencial. Promover os valores da Concentrix por meio de comportamento e atitude, incluindo defender os membros da equipe.Perfil do candidato
Formação técnica em área relacionada, experiência relevante (preferencial). Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto escrita quanto verbal. Capacidade de liderar uma equipe em multitarefas, priorização e cumprimento de prazos de entrega. Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis. Capacidade de orientar, treinar e dar direção a uma equipe de funcionários.Disponibilidade para atuar de forma presencial no Morumbi.
Escala: Segunda a sexta-feira das 08:00 ás 18:00.
