We are seeking an experienced Project Team Leader who also has strong Technical Project Management capabilities. This professional will ensure that the teams operate efficiently while also supporting broader project governance, financial awareness, and delivery predictability. This position requires a solid communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead day-to-day project management across cross-functional engineering teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance.
Coordinate technical workstreams, ensuring decisions, dependencies, and impacts are captured in plans and delivery milestones.
Run lean delivery cadences (standups, technical huddles, integration checkpoints) focused on unblocking builds, interfaces, and testing.
Align sprints and tasks with validated technical outcomes, maintaining readiness gates for builds, testing, and commissioning.
Manage risks, capacity, and financial tracking, including effort burn, utilization, forecasts, and escalation paths.
Enable and protect engineering teams by removing obstacles, minimizing external distractions, and fostering a productive, collaborative environment.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with experience in software development projects across the full lifecycle.
Good experience managing technical projects in industrial environments ((automation, OT/IT, digitalization, energy, Oil&Gas, manufacturing).
Proven experience in project management, including risk management, cost tracking, and multi-team coordination.
Experience applying Agile methods and solving integration challenges in complex technical projects.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and servant-leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with multicultural, distributed teams, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset.
You have Advanced English and clear, concise communicator able to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
Desired certifications: PMP, IPMA, Scrum Master, Product Owner.
