Estagiário(a) em SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Buscamos um(a) estudante de marketing (ou curso relacionado) para integrar nosso time comercial, de perfil comunicativo; que saiba gerir seu tempo; tenha habilidades de escuta ativa e construção/manutenção de relacionamentos comerciais. É um diferencial ter experiência anterior na área de tecnologia, em especial em negócios B2B (caso não a tenha, você aprende com a gente).
Você será acompanhado(a) em suas atividades iniciais, que serão:
• Realizar o primeiro contato com potenciais clientes por diferentes canais de comunicação, como e-mail, telefone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, videochamada, etc.;
• Construir e gerir listas pré-qualificadas de compradores com perfil ideal;
• Qualificar os leads por perfil, mapeando quais são as necessidades e dores a serem resolvidas, e direcionar leads qualificados para o time de vendedores;
• Realizar follow-ups com os leads e manter as ferramentas (CRM e Sales Engagement) devidamente atualizadas e organizadas;
• Observar métricas e indicadores, visando sempre a otimização dos processos para trazer os melhores resultados;
• Obter entendimento sobre os diferentes nichos de mercado atendidos pela Visie e como o processo de vendas deve ser estruturado para cada caso;
• Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre processos e técnicas de vendas complexas e consultivas.
Trata-se de uma atividade realizada de forma remota dentro do horário comercial. Dentro deste horário, é essencial disponibilidade em canal de comunicação utilizado pelo time e presença em reuniões.
Espera-se que seja participativo(a), de boa comunicação (em especial de forma remota) e de fácil adaptação, e que se comprometa com a equipe e os prazos estabelecidos.
Requisitos
- Estar estudando em curso relacionado a marketing;
- Vontade de se desenvolver na função;
- Ser uma pessoa curiosa, disposta a aprender e se desafiar;
- Pró-atividade e organização;
- Boa capacidade de aprendizagem e absorção de informação;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e argumentação;
- Ambiente para atuação em home office com bom acesso à internet (fornecemos auxílio para atuação em home office e, opcionalmente, equipamento para trabalho).
Desejável
- Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e vendas.
- Conhecimento prévio em vendas, marketing ou atendimento ao cliente;
- Inglês básico;
- Conhecimento em vendas dentro da área de tecnologia, em especial em negócios B2B;
- Excel básico;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM/vendas (Pipedrive, Hubspot, Reev, etc.).
Outras informações
Hoje a empresa atua em home office, sem pretensão de atuar de forma presencial. A comunicação se dá por meio de chat utilizado pelo time de desenvolvimento e presença em reuniões de planejamento.
A carga horária do estágio é de 6 horas diárias (de seg. a sex.), com o início (manhã ou tarde) a combinar.
O(a) estagiário(a) receberá uma ajuda de custo para atuação.
O processo seletivo se dá por meio da avaliação de currículo, entrevista, possível conversa com o gestor da área e teste de redação.
