Business Management Analyst at BairesDev We are looking for a Business Management Analyst to join our Development team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive people, and team players passionate about business and oriented to provide the best experience to the end user. These analysts will face numerous technical challenges, so they must be updated on current technologies, and involved in the mobile world, web applications, devices, etc. What You Will Do: - Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. - Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. - Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. - Perform requirements analysis. - Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. - Perform user acceptance testing. Here’s what we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar. - Excellent research and analytic skills. - In-depth knowledge of data modeling techniques. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills. - Advanced English level.
