Product Solution Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components. ●2. ●Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ●3. ●Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations. ●4. ●Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards. ●5. ●Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals. ●6. ●Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases. ●7. ●Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization. ●Job Qualifications:1. ●Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). ●2. ●Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents. ●3. ●Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. ●4. ●Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ●5. ●Strong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred. ●6. ●Familiarity with system simulation and design tools. ●7. ●Proficiency in English?Portuguese ?Chinese,both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders. ●.
