Monitor the receipt of the necessary documents for the clients' financial closing process. Preparation of reports, tax calculations, and completion of U.S. forms as required. (VERIFICAR SE VIÁVEL INCLUIR) Prepare and provide the necessary reports for the financial analysis of each client company, including: Accounts receivable and accounts payable report; Cash flow report; Managerial income statement (P&L); Revenue and expense report by cost center. Monitor the transactions in the clients’ bank accounts to ensure accurate registration in the financial systems. Ensure the inclusion of payments in the clients’ bankline system and communicate with them for the release of financial processing. Requisitos técnicos Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management — or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mid-level Analyst in a previous company. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview); Experience with International financial Systems such as Totus, Netsuite or similar platforms Experience with International accounting Systems such as QuickBooks, Zero or similar platforms Perfil comportamental Customer Service Problem Solving Multitasking Family Sense & Team Work Open Doors Respect Proactivity Autonomy Challenges Hands on
