We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business growth. This role is responsible for managing accounts, identifying opportunities, and ensuring excellent client communication and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support
Identify business opportunities and assist with sales strategies
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Monitor account performance and client satisfaction
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates
Requirements
Experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or related tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
