Affiliate Marketing Manager - iGaming

iHunters is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager on behalf of a fast-growing iGaming operator making Brazil one of its most strategic markets.

Our client is building its affiliate operation from the ground up and needs a hands-on, results-driven professional to own and scale this channel. If you have deep roots in the Brazilian affiliate ecosystem and know how to turn partnerships into consistent player acquisition, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Own and develop the affiliate marketing strategy for Brazil, working closely with senior leadership to build and scale the channel

Manage and grow an existing affiliate partner network while actively recruiting new high-quality partners

Lead budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting with a clear focus on FTD growth and ROI

Oversee day-to-day management of the affiliate platform, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and partner setup

Serve as the primary point of contact for key Brazilian affiliates, maintaining strong and consistent long-term relationships

Ensure all affiliate materials — campaigns, bonus offers, and links — are current, compliant, and brand-aligned

Analyze affiliate channel performance using multiple attribution models and optimize accordingly

Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, CRM, and Finance teams to align affiliate strategy with broader acquisition goals

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports covering traffic, FTDs, deposits, and ROI by partner

Prepare finance reconciliation reports (commissions, invoices, payments) in coordination with Finance

Monitor traffic quality on an ongoing basis, identifying and addressing incentivized, low-retention, or fraudulent traffic patterns

Support tracking setup implementation and testing in collaboration with tech and BI teams

Work with the design team to produce landing pages and creative assets for affiliate partners

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming or betting industry, with a proven track record of building and scaling affiliate channels

Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in Power BI and/or Data Studio

Experience with affiliate platforms such as MyAffiliates, NetRefer, or Income Access

Solid negotiation skills and an established network of affiliate contacts in gaming, betting, or fintech

Ownership mentality — proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable in early-stage, build-from-scratch environments

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus

Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in Brazil

Nice to Have:

Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and agile methodologies

Academic background in Digital Marketing or Mobile Marketing
