Senior QA Manual (AI Product)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior QA Manual (AI Product) based in Brazil. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and stability of an AI-powered product within a fast-moving release environment. You will plan testing activities, create comprehensive test documentation, and validate product changes across mobile, web, and backend layers. The position combines hands-on manual testing with a strong focus on improving QA efficiency through automation of repetitive checks and practical AI tooling. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to identify defects early and communicate issues clearly enough for rapid resolution. With production releases occurring several times a week, your testing will have a direct impact on product reliability and user experience. This is an opportunity for a structured, product-minded QA professional to help continuously improve both the product and its testing processes. Accountabilities: - Plan testing scope, timelines, scenarios, and coverage for product releases. - Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, checklists, and test documentation. - Test and stabilize patches within a rapid release cycle, supporting production deployments several times per week. - Perform hands-on testing across mobile, web, and backend components. - Identify defects quickly, investigate issues, and document them clearly so engineering teams can act without unnecessary follow-up. - Work with client-server applications and assess how changes affect different parts of the product. - Support QA activities throughout the Agile development and release lifecycle rather than treating testing solely as a final quality gate. - Continuously improve QA processes by standardizing repetitive checks and eliminating unnecessary manual work. - Evaluate and integrate AI tools that can meaningfully improve testing efficiency and productivity. - Contribute a product-focused perspective by identifying opportunities to improve the overall user experience and product quality.

Requirements: - Strong professional experience in manual QA testing across mobile, web, and backend environments. - Hands-on experience creating and executing checklists, test cases, test scenarios, and structured QA documentation. - Solid understanding of client-server architecture and how QA integrates into Agile development and release cycles. - Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail or Allure TestOps, MS SQL Server, Fiddler, and Postman. - Demonstrated use of AI tools as part of an everyday QA workflow. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify issues efficiently and communicate them clearly. - Structured, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach to testing. - Product-oriented mindset, with an interest in understanding how features work and improving the overall product rather than simply validating individual tickets. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases and changing priorities. - Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with engineering and cross-functional teams.
