Sobre a Posição
Buscamos um(a) Data Science Engineer para atuar na intersecção entre Engenharia de Dados, Machine Learning e Analytics. Você será peça-chave na nossa área de Research, responsável por construir pipelines escaláveis, desenvolver modelos preditivos para o mercado imobiliário e garantir a produtização (MLOps) dessas soluções. Seu trabalho transformará dados complexos em insights estratégicos para executivos e investidores.
O que você fará (Principais Desafios):
Engenharia e Governança: Projetar e manter pipelines de dados escaláveis em arquitetura Lakehouse (Databricks/Delta Lake), garantindo a qualidade, linhagem e governança dos dados consumidos pela área de Research.
Modelagem e Advanced Analytics: Desenvolver modelos estatísticos e de machine learning (séries temporais, regressões, segmentações) para prever dinâmicas do mercado imobiliário (vacância, preços, oferta).
MLOps e Produtização: Gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo dos modelos (deploy, monitoramento de drift, CI/CD) utilizando ferramentas como MLflow.
•novação com IA: Implementar soluções de GenAI e fluxos RAG para extrair valor de dados não estruturados (relatórios, notícias do setor).
Data Storytelling: Traduzir resultados técnicos complexos em narrativas claras e acionáveis (dashboards em Power BI, apresentações) para stakeholders de negócio e investidores.
O que buscamos (Requisitos Essenciais):
Requisitos:
Sólida experiência em Python e SQL, com vivência em processamento distribuído (Spark/PySpark).
Experiência prática com arquitetura Lakehouse (preferencialmente Databricks) e construção de pipelines de dados.
Domínio de fundamentos de Machine Learning e estatística aplicada.
Experiência comprovada em MLOps (versionamento, deploy e monitoramento de modelos).
Habilidade de comunicação e Data Storytelling , conseguindo conectar análises técnicas a decisões de negócio.
Será um diferencial se você tiver:
Conhecimento do mercado imobiliário, finanças ou indicadores macroeconômicos.
Experiência com dados geoespaciais (GIS/GeoPandas).
Vivência prática com NLP, LLMs e bancos vetoriais.
Inglês avançado.
