Business Analyst - SAP Success Factors

• Provided evidence of experience gained working with HR sub-processes such as Recrutiment & Onboarding during the past 5 years  OR Participated in an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC;
• Strong knowledge of end to end HR process in SAP SuccessFactors
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilize cultural differences when assessing processes
• Being hands on and a good Team player
• Able to take the initiative, demonstrate confidence in his/her own abilities, adapt well and work in a structured way
• Identify risks regarding the functional solution from a Business Analysis perspective and proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary.
• Able to propose solutions to problems/risks
• Fluent in English 

• Previous experience as SAP Success Factors Key User
• LGPD or compliance experience
• BPM - Business Process Modeling experience
• Spanish is a plus
