Responsibilities / Tasks Trabalho realizado em nível regional, baseado na formação da equipe de distribuidores, em que o objetivo consiste na formação, treinamento e motivação da equipe. Acompanhamento dos vendedores, principalmente nas atividades acompanhamento em negociações, argumentações técnicas dos produtos e gestão de preços de venda / capacitação na elaboração de orçamentos (Revenda).

Gestão Comercial para a linha de Pós venda e Equipamentos Convencionais - Filosofia de Trabalho Formatação e Implementação de estratégias na região Formação e Desenvolvimento de Equipes de Trabalho (Revenda). Coordenação, Implantação e Auditoria (Regional) do tema Venda em Rota. Coordenação, Implantação e Auditoria (Regional) do tema ATP. Coordenação, Implantação e Auditoria (Regional) do tema ExpertCare. Desenvolvimento e avaliação de novos Produtos para o mercado Palestrante (Comercial/Técnico/Institucional) Prestador de Serviços e Atendimento a Clientes Diretos Instrutor e “pesquisador” para assuntos listados abaixo:
Mastite.
Limpeza.
Rotina de Ordenha.
Serviços preventivos e de reparação.
Qualidade de Leite.
Otimização e Configuração de Equipamentos
Acompanhamento de provas de campo para introdução de novos produtos
Disponibilidade para viagens na região.
Superior Completo em Veterinária, Agronomia ou afins.
Proficiência em inglês nível intermediário.
