Estamos buscando um(a) Senior Full Stack Engineer para atuar alocado(a) em um dos nossos grandes clientes do segmento de tecnologia e informação, com produtos utilizados em larga escala por grandes organizações.
Modelo: 100% remoto Contratação: CLT Tempo: Indeterminado O desafio
Você atuará como uma das principais referências técnicas do time, trabalhando lado a lado com o líder técnico e contribuindo diretamente na evolução de sistemas críticos e na modernização de aplicações em ambientes complexos. Será um papel altamente hands-on, com forte atuação em backend (Java), mas também com participação relevante em front-end (React) e decisões arquiteturais. Responsabilidades
- Atuar no desenvolvimento full stack end-to-end (back e front)
- Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações com foco principal em Java
- Participar de decisões técnicas e definição de arquitetura
- Atuar como suporte direto ao líder técnico do time
- Conduzir refactors e modernização de sistemas legados
- Trabalhar em integrações complexas (síncronas e assíncronas)
- Atuar na resolução de problemas críticos em produção
- Identificar gargalos técnicos e propor melhorias escaláveis
- Apoiar boas práticas de desenvolvimento e qualidade Stack principal ✔ Java como core (mandatório) ✔ React (mandatório) ✔ APIs REST ✔ Microservices e arquitetura distribuída ✔ Node.js (TypeScript) ✔ C# (ambiente existente) ✔ Diferenciais - Experiência com modernização de sistemas legados - Vivência com múltiplas stacks no mesmo ambiente - Atuação prévia como “braço direito” de liderança técnica - Experiência com uso de IA no desenvolvimento Buscamos alguém com: - Perfil hands-on - Experiência em ambientes complexos e alta criticidade - Forte senso de ownership e autonomia - Capacidade de atuar como referência técnica (sem gestão formal) - Boa comunicação e colaboração com times multidisciplinares
