Lead Demand & Supply Planning S&Op - Detalhes da Vaga. ● As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated S&OP solutions in SAP S/4HANA, leading demand and supply planning workshops, and providing business consulting and analysis expertise to drive business transformation . ●?? Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design: Design SAP S/4HANA S&OP solutions and define demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes. ● Business Analysis: Lead S&OP business workshops, elicit planning requirements, and document As-Is/To-Be processes across demand and supply functions. ● System Integration: Align planning processes with production, procurement, and sales; ensure integration across supply chain and finance. ● Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP IBP/APO/S&OP solutions, set up forecasting models, and enable scenario planning and simulations. ● Project Leadership: Define scope and timelines for S&OP workstreams and coordinate data integration. ● Performance Optimization: Improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory and service levels, and leverage analytics for decision support. ●? Job Requirements8+ years of SAP ECC and S/4HANA planning solution experience. ● Expertise in SAP IBP, APO, and S&OP configuration. ● Deep knowledge of demand/supply planning, forecasting models, and inventory optimization. ● Proven manufacturing experience (Required). ● Automotive industry experience is a strong plus. ● 1–2 full lifecycle implementations. ● Advanced/Fluent English language skills are mandatory. ● Business consulting experience, with a demonstrated track record of acting as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst in SAP transformation programs. ●.
