Human Resources Coordinator - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This position is responsible for handling daily HR operational tasks, maintaining HR systems, and providing support for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. ● This position works closely with the America’s HR & TA teams, department managers, and other employees across the organization. ●Job Responsibilities:Support and administer HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding. ●Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. ●Provide support in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures. ●Assist in coordinating and conducting employee training and development programs. ●Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and workplace policies. ●Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning. ●Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and resolution of employee grievances. ●Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and assist with internal and external audits. ●Coordinate and support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions. ●Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement. ●Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions. ●Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. ●Assist with the resolution of payroll and benefits-related issues and inquiries. ●Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations and reporting requirements. ●Support Americas HR and Talent Acquisition teams based in US and Canada with ongoing tasks. ●Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. ● A combination of work experience and education can be substituted. ●Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR operations or similar role, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. ●Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. ●Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software. ●Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. ●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with diverse teams. ●Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese. ● (Spanish is a plus).
