Desenvolvedor Fullstack Node/React (Produtos Digitais Financeiros) – Grupo Boticário – Home Office
Responsabilidades e atribuições
Desenvolver soluções para problemas complexos, que exigem o uso regular de criatividade e inovação;
Ser guardião junto a demais líderes das boas práticas e ritos de engenharia tais como: Elaboração e Revisão de Documentos de Tech Design e ADR (Registro de decisão de arquitetura), Dora Metrics, Gestão de Custo Cloud, dentre outros;
Fornecer assistência a outras pessoas desenvolvedoras para a resolução de falhas;
Escrever e testar códigos de modo incremental, ágil e bem documentado;
Fazer code-reviews e ajudar os colegas nas decisões difíceis de design;
Testar, fazer deploy e acompanhar seu código em produção – de forma contínua;
Desenvolver novas ferramentas para auxiliar e otimizar o trabalho de toda a equipe;
Interagir com colegas das áreas pares para evoluir nosso ecossistema;
Trabalhar em projetos estratégicos do Grupo Boticário;
Evoluir e decidir, junto com o time, o futuro de nossa plataforma.
Requisitos e qualificações
Experiência elaborando, implementando e colocando soluções de software em produção;
Conhecimento em boas praticas de desenvolvimento de Software utilizando SOLID, Arquitetura Hexagonal, Clean Architecture, EDA e DDD;
Vivência em arquiteturas e desenvolvimento Cloud-Native, com experiência prática em AWS;
Ter conhecimento dos serviços essenciais para alta disponibilidade (ex: S3, SQS/SNS, Lambda/ECS/EKS, RDS);
Conhecimento em Javascript (Node/React);
Conhecimento com bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL) e não relacionais (MongoDB);
Conhecimento em Kafka;
Conhecimento em estruturas de dados;
Experiência com microsserviços;
Experiência com monitoração e logging;
Experiência com tarefas agendadas;
Conhecimento de REST e orientação a eventos;
Experiência com testes unitários e de integração;
Ponto de vista crítico quanto ao desempenho e segurança;
Conhecimento prático e compromisso com os princípios da Pirâmide de Testes para desenhar e implementar uma estratégia de testes automatizados eficiente e com baixo custo de manutenção;
Visão de qualidade de software, evolução de sistemas, decomposição de problemas e abstração;
Capacidade de aprendizado de novas práticas, tecnologias, linguagens de programação e culturas de engenharia;
Domínio do Git ou outro sistema de controle de versão colaborativo;
Capacidade de conduzir root cause analysis em problemas de software;
Experiência com testes de carga.
