About the Role
We are seeking a highly connected, results-oriented Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to accelerate global growth through strategic alliances, influencer ecosystems, community partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven relationship-builder with an established network across emerging and high-growth markets, including Latin America (LATAM), the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the CIS region. Priority markets include India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan.
The successful candidate will leverage existing industry relationships, cultivate new strategic opportunities, and build scalable partnerships that drive user acquisition, brand awareness, engagement, and long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with influencers, creators, agencies, brands, media organizations, sports communities, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders.
Drive user acquisition and market expansion through partnership-led growth initiatives and regional ecosystem development.
Build and manage a high-performing network of ambassadors, affiliates, referral partners, and strategic collaborators.
Establish partnerships with sports personalities, creator networks, digital publishers, online communities, and relevant industry organizations.
Source and close high-impact commercial opportunities that generate measurable business results.
Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and executive-level meetings.
Collaborate with leadership to identify new markets, growth channels, and strategic opportunities.
Maintain a robust partnership pipeline, track performance metrics, and consistently achieve growth targets.
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support expansion and business strategy. Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, growth, enterprise sales, ecosystem development, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to leverage professional networks to create strategic business opportunities and measurable growth outcomes.
Established relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, media organizations, entrepreneurs, investors, sports organizations, technology communities, or digital platforms.
Experience working with talent agencies, marketing agencies, PR firms, affiliate networks, creator ecosystems, or large online communities.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, revenue growth, or market expansion through partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Ability to work independently while building trust-based relationships across diverse international markets. Preferred Performance Indicators
