Sobre a Vaga:
Como BDR, seu papel será fundamental para identificar e criar novas oportunidades de negócios, fortalecer nossa presença no mercado e contribuir para o crescimento sustentável do setor agro.
Principais Desafios:
Prospecção Ativa: Identificar e qualificar leads através de pesquisa de mercado e contato direto. Relacionamento com Leads: Realizar o primeiro contato com potenciais clientes e entender suas necessidades. Agendamento de Reuniões: Organizar e gerenciar reuniões para apresentar soluções e produtos. Desenvolvimento de Estratégias: Contribuir para a criação e implementação de estratégias de vendas eficazes. Registro e Acompanhamento: Manter registros precisos das interações com leads e acompanhar o progresso.Requisitos:
Experiência prévia em vendas ou desenvolvimento de negócios. Excelente comunicação e habilidades de negociação. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e gerenciar seu próprio tempo. Interesse e conhecimento básico sobre o setor de agronegócio. Proatividade e habilidades de resolução de problemas.Diferenciais:
Experiência no setor de agronegócio. Conhecimento de ferramentas de CRM e estratégias de vendas B2B. Cursos ou treinamentos na área de vendas e desenvolvimento de negócios.O que Oferecemos:
