Responsabilidades
- Conduzir o processo de onboarding de novos clientes, garantindo boa adoção da plataforma.
- Acompanhar a jornada do cliente, identificando riscos de churn e oportunidades de expansão (upsell/cross-sell).
- Atuar como ponto de contato entre o cliente e os times internos (produto, suporte, comercial).
- Monitorar indicadores de sucesso do cliente (NPS, health score, uso da plataforma).
- Realizar reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento (QBRs) com os clientes.
- Coletar feedbacks para orientar melhorias no produto.
Requisitos
- Experiência prévia em Customer Success, Account Management ou áreas correlatas, preferencialmente em empresas SaaS.
- Boa comunicação e capacidade de construir relacionamento com clientes.
- Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados.
- Desejável experiência ou familiaridade com o setor de laboratórios/ensaios ou áreas técnicas/regulatórias correlatas.
