A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Salesforce CPQ Developer para atuar em um projeto internacional de grande porte, focado na evolução de processos de Quote-to-Cash (QTC), automação contratual e geração de documentos dentro do ecossistema Salesforce.
Buscamos um profissional hands-on, com sólida experiência em Salesforce CPQ, Conga e DocuSign, capaz de desenhar soluções escaláveis, atuar junto às áreas de negócio e garantir as melhores práticas da plataforma.
Requisitos: Responsabilidades
Salesforce CPQ
Desenvolver, configurar e manter soluções utilizando Salesforce CPQ.
Atuar em todo o fluxo de Quote-to-Cash (QTC).
Configurar e evoluir:Product Catalog Management
Product Rules
Price Rules
Bundle Configuration
Advanced Approvals
Contracting & Renewals
Amendments
Subscription Management
Levantar requisitos junto às áreas de negócio.
Traduzir requisitos funcionais em soluções técnicas escaláveis.
Resolver problemas relacionados à configuração de preços, cotações e regras comerciais.
Otimizar performance das soluções seguindo as melhores práticas Salesforce.
Conga CLM
Desenvolver e manter soluções utilizando Conga CLM.
Configurar:Templates contratuais
Cláusulas
Fluxos de aprovação
Geração automática de contratos
Implementar processos de:Negociação contratual
Redlining
Versionamento
Atuar na resolução de problemas relacionados ao ciclo de vida dos contratos.
Conga Composer
Desenvolver templates utilizando Conga Composer.
Configurar:Composer Buttons
Queries
Batch Processes
Automação de geração documental
Criar documentos dinâmicos como:Propostas comerciais
Quotes
Contratos
Relatórios
Documentação para clientes
Melhorar performance e experiência do usuário na geração de documentos.
DocuSign for Salesforce
Configurar integrações entre Salesforce e DocuSign.
Desenvolver fluxos automatizados de assinatura eletrônica.
Gerenciar:Envelope Templates
Routing de assinaturas
Signing Sequences
Notificações automáticas
Resolver problemas relacionados às integrações.
Garantir conformidade com requisitos legais e trilhas de auditoria.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
Experiência prática com Salesforce.
Ter atuado atuando com projetos Salesforce CPQ.
Experiência sólida em:Salesforce CPQ
Conga CLM
Conga Composer
DocuSign for Salesforce
Experiência em projetos Quote-to-Cash (QTC).
Conhecimento em modelagem de processos de vendas e contratos.
Experiência com levantamento de requisitos junto ao negócio.
Capacidade de troubleshooting e otimização de soluções Salesforce.
Inglês avançado para atuação em ambiente internacional.
Diferenciais
Certificações Salesforce.
Experiência em projetos globais.
Conhecimento em Sales Cloud.
Experiência com integrações utilizando APIs Salesforce.
Conhecimento em Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) e Flows.
