Sales Representative - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Brasília (Covering Goiás / Brasília / Mato Grosso)2. ● Rio Grande do Sul (Covering Paraná / Santa Catarina / Rio Grande do Sul)Role ObjectiveThe Sales Representative is responsible for independently driving revenue generation within the assigned territory through a defined network of private hospitals, orthopaedic surgeons and channel partners. ● The role owns the complete sales cycle from surgeon engagement and hospital approval through procurement and post-sale support. ● The candidate should bring a documented network in the assigned territory and contribute to revenue from Day 1. ●Key Roles & Responsibilities- Own and manage the full sales cycle across the assigned territory. ●- Build and expand relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital purchasing committees and OPME distributors. ●- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and clinical decision-makers. ●- Navigate hospital procurement and OPME approval processes independently. ●- Conduct clinical product presentations and procedure-level engagements. ●- Maintain CRM pipeline with weekly reporting. ●- Achieve first revenue generation within 4560 days of joining. ●Desired Candidate Profile- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in orthopaedic implants, trauma or surgical devices with strong exposure to the assigned territory. ●- Documented network of orthopaedic surgeons, hospital purchasing committees and OPME distributors. ●- Experience managing the complete sales cycle. ●- Familiarity with ANVISA Class III device registration and Brazilian hospital procurement processes. ●- Active CRM user with pipeline management capability. ●- Native Portuguese speaker; Basic English advantageous. ●Behavioural Skills Required- Highly autonomous. ●- Strong commercial drive and ownership mindset. ●- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ●- Results-oriented with focus on revenue targets. ●- Self-disciplined in planning, scheduling and territory coverage. ●Team Size to be Managed- Individual Contributor role. ●- Reporting to Sales Manager, Brazil. ●Important Links:- Website:- LinkedIn:- Instagram: Biotech Vision CareBiotech is an Equal Opportunity Organisation promoting diversity while ensuring no discrimination on any ground including gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, etc. ●.
