Wanted: Web Developer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We cover graphic designs, web designs, web development, and many other services for clients across a wide range of industries. ●Role Overview:We are looking for a Web Development Manager to lead our web team, oversee client web projects, and improve the overall quality and conversion performance of the websites we build. ●This is not just a developer role. ● We are looking for someone who can combine technical expertise, leadership, project management, CRO thinking, and strong client communication skills. ●Work Schedule: Flexible 20-30 hours/week to start and transition to full-time very quickly. ● US Hours. ●What Youll Be Responsible ForLeadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor the web development teamAssign projects based on team strengths and workload capacityReview work to ensure high-quality standards across all projectsSupport team growth, accountability, and continuous improvementHelp improve internal web development processes and workflowsWeb Development & CROBuild and optimize websites using Shopify, WordPress, Framer, and WebflowConduct Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) audits to improve website performanceIdentify website issues that negatively impact conversions and user experienceImprove site structure, speed, responsiveness, and usabilitySupport troubleshooting and technical problem-solving on complex projectsProject ManagementManage multiple web projects simultaneously from kickoff to launchCreate timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are delivered on timeCoordinate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and developersMaintain organized project documentation and communicationClient CommunicationLead client meetings for website projectsExplain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clientsProvide project updates and manage client expectations professionallyBuild strong long-term relationships through excellent customer serviceAI & InnovationUse modern AI tools such as Lovable, Google Stitch, and other AI-assisted web development platformsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI workflowsStay updated on emerging AI tools and web development trendsHelp implement scalable systems and processes using AI technologyRequirementsTechnical Experience3+ years of hands-on web development experienceStrong experience with: Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and Framer. ●Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)Experience identifying conversion bottlenecks and improving website performanceProficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptUnderstanding of responsive design and mobile optimizationExperience with website speed optimization and SEO best practicesFamiliarity with tracking setup including pixels, Google Tag Manager, and analytics toolsLeadership & CommunicationPrevious experience leading or mentoring developersStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent English communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environmentComfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutionsBonus QualificationsExperience working in a marketing agency environmentExperience with AI-assisted development workflowsFamiliarity with UX/UI best practicesExperience improving operational efficiency within a web team.
