Role: Senior Salesforce & AWS Developer Location: Remote (Brazil) Duration: Multi-year engagement Position Overview Insight Global is seeking multiple Senior Salesforce & AWS Developers to support a large-scale healthcare client (Sevita). This is a highly technical, hands-on role within a custom, enterprise environment where Salesforce serves as the system of record and AWS powers complex data processing and integrations. The team is looking for proven, senior-level developers who can contribute immediately, own enhancements, and operate across both Salesforce and AWS ecosystems with minimal ramp-up. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and custom components Build and maintain AWS-based services for data extraction, transformation, and distribution Integrate Salesforce with AWS services and downstream systems via REST APIs Support data flows to external partners, mobile applications, and state systems Own performance tuning, enhancements, and production support across platforms Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly customized, homegrown environment Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong Salesforce expertise across: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura SOQL, SOSL Flows, triggers, controllers, Lightning Apps Experience with custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards Experience with SFDX, deployments, and Salesforce administration tasks Strong experience with AWS development Proficiency in: Node.js, Lambda, API Gateway SNS, SQS, IAM, Secrets Manager S3, DynamoDB, RDS Route 53 and networking fundamentals Strong experience with REST API integrations Experience with CI/CD, build & deployment processes, and application security Understanding of AWS architecture ( regions, availability zones, monitoring tools ) Experience with CloudFormation and SAM deployments Ability to support large, complex enterprise systems across multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with React.js or front-end frameworks Exposure to Amplify or modern AWS full-stack tooling Familiarity with EventBridge or event-driven architectures Experience with automation or scripting (Groovy, CLI tools, etc.) Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 What Success Looks Like Immediate contribution to ongoing development and enhancements Reliable and scalable Salesforce + AWS integrations High-quality, secure, and performant application delivery Strong ownership of production issues and system improvements Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly customized environment Ideal Candidate Profile Senior, highly hands-on developer with deep Salesforce expertise Strong AWS builder with real-world development experience (not just exposure) Thrives in custom, non-standard enterprise environments Proven ability to ramp quickly and deliver impact immediately Detail-oriented and technically credible (must be fully vetted/verified candidates)
