Short Term Rental Onboarding Specialist

Property Onboarding Coordinator (Remote | Full-Time) Premier Pads is a growing US based short-term rental management company seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. We currently manage around 400 short term rental properties across several states. This role is responsible for coordinating the onboarding of new properties into our management portfolio and ensuring every home is set up for a successful launch. Position Details - Position: Property Onboarding Coordinator - Location: Remote - Schedule: Monday – Saturday - Type: Full-Time - Compensation: $800 USD per month What you'll do - Build and configure new property listings end-to-end across our software platforms - Coordinate the full onboarding process for new properties, ensuring smooth launches - Maintain accurate, high-quality listing content including titles, descriptions, photos, and pricing - Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, owners, and the guest experience team - Identify and resolve listing discrepancies or platform issues quickly and proactively - Track onboarding progress and keep internal stakeholders updated throughout What we're looking for - Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously - Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and dependable follow-through - Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience in short-term rentals, property management, or a related field preferred Highly valued software experience (not required) - Guesty (PMS setup, channel connections, listing configuration) - Breezeway (property operations and task management) How to Apply Please send: - Your resume/CV - A short Loom video (2–3 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining why you're a good fit for this role - Please complete the DISC assessment and send your results to the email address provided below:
