Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site in São Paulo)

Responsabilidades e atribuições

We are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant with a profile that combines deep technical expertise with strong business consulting and analytical capabilities. This professional will play a key role in designing and implementing SAP EWM solutions while acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Design SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions, defining inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
• Lead business workshops with warehouse operations teams, gathering and documenting requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical SAP solutions
• Configure warehouse structures such as storage types, bins, and handling units
• Integrate EWM with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, and TM
• Implement RF processes, automation solutions, and warehouse management tools
• Optimize warehouse performance using S/4HANA analytics and KPIs
• Facilitate alignment between warehouse operations, logistics, and production
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams

Requisitos e qualificações

Mandatory:

• Senior experience with SAP EWM (ECC and S/4HANA)
• Strong knowledge of Handling Unit Management and RF/Mobile processes
• Experience in SAP integrations (MM, SD, PP, TM)
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments (required)
• Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Advanced or fluent English

Business & Consulting Skills:

• Experience as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst in SAP programs
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
• Experience working with US-based clients or global teams (strong differentiator)
• Excellent communication with senior business and IT stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Background in global SAP transformation programs
• Experience in multicultural environments

Work Model & Conditions

• Hybrid model: 3 days per week on-site in São Paulo
• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Monthly compensation in USD
• Initial onboarding may require a higher on-site presence
