Responsibilities :

• Elaborate offers to customers;
• Follow up on proposals sent to customers regarding pricing, investments, and study and development costs;
• Adjust offers and commercial policy to meet customer and company needs;
• Manage price updates for spare parts;
• Comply with the responsibilities defined in the Quality Management System documentation;
• Engage the company in automotive industry activities through trade fairs, lectures, unions, among others;
• Maintain operational profitability through negotiations, ensuring that economic impacts such as exchange rates, inflation, engineering changes, etc. are reflected in pricing;
• Maintain a strong relationship with customers at the national level.
• Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and their application within the plant is required;
• Acts as the Customer’s representative within the company.

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the automotive market.
• Negotiation skills.
• Advanced level of English; Desirable: intermediate level of Spanish.
• User-level computer skills. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
