Estamos buscando uma pessoa Tech Lead para atuar no Dev Center , liderando tecnicamente uma célula de desenvolvimento e apoiando a evolução de um time em crescimento.
Essa posição tem forte atuação técnica, com foco em orientar o time, destravar demandas, elevar a qualidade das entregas e fortalecer padrões de desenvolvimento e arquitetura . Além disso, a pessoa terá um papel importante na mentoria de profissionais, no acompanhamento técnico das demandas e na melhoria contínua dos indicadores de engenharia.
Buscamos alguém que goste de estar próximo do time, tenha visão prática de desenvolvimento e consiga atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborando com diferentes áreas para transformar problemas técnicos em soluções eficientes.
Principais responsabilidades
- Atuar como referência técnica do time, apoiando decisões de arquitetura, boas práticas e padrões de desenvolvimento.
- Orientar, mentorar e apoiar pessoas desenvolvedoras, contribuindo para sua evolução técnica e autonomia.
- Acompanhar o progresso técnico das demandas, ajudando na remoção de impedimentos e na melhoria da previsibilidade das entregas.
- Contribuir com desenvolvimento hands-on em demandas estratégicas, complexas ou críticas.
- Realizar e incentivar revisões de código, testes automatizados, documentação e práticas robustas de codificação.
- Participar do planejamento, estimativas e priorização de demandas junto ao time e stakeholders.
- Monitorar indicadores de engenharia, como bug rate, cycle time, lead time, code coverage e frequência de entrega.
- Identificar riscos técnicos que possam impactar qualidade, prazo ou valor de negócio.
- Propor melhorias em processos, padrões técnicos e formas de trabalho, sempre conectando crítica a solução.
- Apoiar rotinas de liderança, como feedbacks, 1:1s, acompanhamento de desempenho e desenvolvimento do time.
Requisitos técnicos
- Experiência consolidada em desenvolvimento de software e liderança técnica.
- Vivência com Java e tecnologias web.
- Conhecimento sólido em orientação a objetos, design patterns e boas práticas de desenvolvimento .
- Experiência com arquitetura de software, microsserviços, desenvolvimento cloud-native e práticas DevOps.
- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis e ferramentas de gestão de tarefas, como Jira, Trello, Kanbanize ou similares.
- Experiência no uso e acompanhamento de métricas de engenharia.
- Capacidade de resolução de problemas complexos e tomada de decisão técnica.
