• Leading technical delivery across major product initiatives
• Designing and building scalable backend APIs (Ruby on Rails)
• Developing modern frontend applications using React. ●Js
• Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve real user problems
• Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the stack
• Contributing to ongoing product and platform improvements What Theyre Looking For:
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails and React. ●Js
• Comfortable working across the full stack in a product-focused environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to technical discussions
• Passion for building high-quality software and delivering value to users
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset Tech Stack:
