It Project Manager Data Migration - Detalhes da Vaga. ● At NFQ, we offer a different consulting model:Flexible | Scalable | Specialized | Client-CentricWe are looking for an IT Project Manager specialized in Data Migration programs to lead strategic migration initiatives from legacy database/reporting environments into corporate Treasury & Markets Data Lake ecosystems. ●This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management capabilities, experience in complex enterprise environments, and solid knowledge of data migration, reporting platforms, and banking ecosystems. ● Your Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Data Migration initiatives from legacy platforms to Enterprise Data Lake environmentsCoordinate migration planning, execution, testing, cutover, and stabilization activitiesManage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communicationCoordinate Business, Data, Architecture, and Infrastructure teamsSupport data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and governance processesOversee migration of IBM Cognos reports, packages, and reporting structuresEnsure data quality, lineage, and continuity throughout migration cyclesProvide project status updates and executive reportingSupport migration strategy definition and post-migration optimization initiatives Technical Requirements:Proven experience leading Data Migration projectsStrong experience with IBM Cognos and legacy reporting platformsSolid understanding of Enterprise Data Lake architecturesExperience with ETL/ELT processes and data reconciliationStrong SQL and data analysis skillsExperience with Azure, Databricks, Hadoop, or cloud data platformsExperience coordinating complex cross-functional IT projectsExperience in banking, Treasury & Markets, or regulated financial environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working between Business and IT teamsAdvanced English Nice to Have:Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata, and Data LineageExperience with regulatory or financial reporting environmentsFamiliarity with Front-to-Back banking flowsAgile methodologies (Jira / Confluence)API integrations and distributed architecturesPrevious consulting experience within Financial Institutions What We Offer:International and collaborative environmentCareer growth and development opportunitiesAccess to certifications and trainingExposure to strategic banking and data transformation projectsContinuous learning cultureCompetitive CLT benefits package Languages:Advanced English and or Intermediate Spanish What We Offer:International and collaborative environment; Technical development and career growth opportunities; Access to training and certifications; Exposure to strategic projects and modern technologies; Continuous learning culture; Learn more about us: nfq. ●Es | LinkedIn NFQ.
