Technical Assistant - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Main Responsibilities:1. ●Provide technical support to solar integrators, helping them resolve operational and configuration issues. ●2. ●Assist customers in configuring AUXSOL equipment for optimal system performance. ●3. ●Perform electronic repairs on inverter boards in the company laboratory. ●4. ●Prepare and organize replacement shipments of inverters to customers. ●5. ●Maintain technical documentation and spreadsheets related to support operations. ●6. ●Manage inventory control of spare parts and equipment. ●7. ●Request invoice issuance (NF) from the fiscal department when necessary. ●8. ●Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper dispatch of replacement equipment. ●Requirements:1. ●Technical background in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields2. ●Experience with electronic repair and diagnostics3. ●Knowledge of solar inverter systems is a plus4. ●Organizational skills and attention to detail5. ●Ability to work with technical documentation and inventory control.
