Aem Subject Matter Expert - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise across AEM components and be capable of conducting discovery workshops, understanding existing landscapes, and recommending scalable solutions. ●AEM Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant / LeadLocation: Remote / Onsite (Client-facing role) Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Contract Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed discovery sessions with US clients to understand their current AEM landscape, architecture, and business requirements. ● Analyze existing AEM implementations and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization. ● Provide subject matter expertise across AEM suite components including: AEM Sites AEM Assets AEM Forms AEM Cloud Service AEM Headless / APIs Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define technical roadmaps and best practices. ● Recommend scalable and future-ready AEM solutions aligned with client objectives. ● Support proposal discussions, solution design, and technical assessments. ● Provide guidance on AEM integrations, workflows, templates, components, and content migration strategies. ● Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Suite. ● Proven experience in client-facing consulting or discovery engagements. ● Excellent understanding of AEM architecture and enterprise content management ecosystems. ● Experience conducting workshops and gathering requirements from business and technical stakeholders. ● Knowledge of: Java, Sling, OSGi HTL/Sightly REST APIs Adobe Cloud Manager CI/CD practices Strong communication and presentation skills. ● Ability to work with cross-functional global teams. ● Preferred QualificationsExperience with AEM as a Cloud Service. ● Adobe certifications in AEM technologies. ● Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). ● Exposure to analytics, personalization, or Adobe ecosystem tools is a plus. ● Soft SkillsStrong consulting mindset Problem-solving and analytical skills Stakeholder management Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to lead discussions independently Engagement ExpectationsWork closely with US clients and offshore teams. ● Lead discovery and assessment discussions. ● Provide strategic recommendations and technical guidance around AEM capabilities and components. ●.
