The Role Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.

As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline – performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise Experience with

AutoSys

as distributed systems OR

Jobtrac

as mainframe systems

Experience monitoring batch job execution

Understand Windows batch job execution (Task Scheduler, basic scripting)

Strong understanding of job control, batch execution, and operational dependencies

Mainframe operational expertise in z/OS, JCL, SDSF, and batch monitoring

Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes for Incident and Change Management

Advanced

English

(verbal and written), required for frequent interaction with US-based clients

Availability to work shift 2 (4:30 PM to 12:30 AM) OR shift 3 (12:30 AM to 8:30 AM)
