Senior Devops Engineer

We are partnering with a fast-growing U.S. tech company that is transforming how students are safely transported to school, building platforms that optimize routes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure reliable access to education for thousands of families.

As part of their expansion, they are building a high-performance engineering team in Brazil, fully integrated with their global operations. You will work closely with international teams and have real ownership over infrastructure, scalability, and platform evolution.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Lead and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Manage and scale Kubernetes (AKS) environments
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu)
• Drive GitOps practices and deployment workflows
• Own observability strategy (monitoring, alerting, tracing)
• Improve reliability, performance, and operational excellence
• Contribute to internal developer platforms and self-service capabilities
• Mentor engineers and support DevOps culture evolution

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and scalability
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory) – direct interaction with U.S. team
