Senior Backend Developer (.NET / High-Performance Systems)

We value candidates with full software lifecycle experience, encompassing requirements gathering, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing support Key Responsibiliti es: Design & Architectu re: Build and optimize robust backend architectures following Clean Architecture and DDD principl es. High-Performance Engineeri ng: Develop, profile, and fine-tune low-latency, high-throughput applications capable of handling complex financial da ta. Concurrency Manageme nt: Implement complex multi-threaded and asynchronous workflows, ensuring bulletproof thread safety and resource manageme nt. Database Optimizati on: Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries and data structures to eliminate bottlenec ks. End-to-End Ownersh ip: Collaborate directly with Risk Managers and Portfolio Managers to gather requirements, implement features, and provide ongoing support Required Qualificati ons: Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably within a hedge fund, investment banking, or high-frequency trading environment Tech Stack Expertise : Deep expertise in backend development with a strong focus on high-performance frameworks (C#/.NET ecosystem or similar high-performance OOP language) Core Conce pts: Solid mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and clean code practi ces. Soft Skills : Excellent English communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset to interface with cross-functional global teams ️ Mandatory Technical Skills Architect ure: Clean Architecture & SOLID principles System Des ign: Experience building High-Performance, Low-Latency applications & Scalable/Distributed Syst ems. Asynchronous & Concurre ncy: Multi-threaded programming, async / await (Task Parallel Library - TPL), and concurrency & thread safety Optimization & Mem ory: Performance profiling & tuning, Memory management / Garbage Collection (GC) tuning, and Dependency Injection / IoC Data Layer : Advanced SQL performance optimization.
