It Operations Network Manager

My client, a global food and beverage ingredient manufacturer undergoing a large transformation, is looking for an experienced Network & Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and evolution of a global enterprise network environment supporting a complex international business.This is a leadership role focused on enterprise networking, connectivity, cloud operations, and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable services across multiple regions and sites.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and develop a global team of Network Engineers, Cloud Infrastructure Engineers, and Microsoft 365 specialistsOwn operational performance across enterprise network services including WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, and connectivity platformsDrive the reliability, security, and optimisation of Azure cloud and Microsoft 365 collaboration servicesAct as the senior escalation point for major incidents and critical service issues across network and cloud operationsManage strategic relationships with third-party managed service providers and ensure SLA performancePartner with Architecture and Cyber Security teams to align network strategy, resilience, and technical standardsLead infrastructure and network upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives with minimal operational disruptionOversee IT disaster recovery readiness and continuity planning across network and cloud servicesChampion ITIL best practices across incident, problem, change, and configuration managementSupport global projects involving connectivity, cloud adoption, digital workplace technologies, and collaboration toolingMonitor operational budgets and identify opportunities for service improvement and cost optimisationSkills and Experience:Proven experience managing global or multi-site network and cloud operationsStrong technical expertise in enterprise networking technologies including WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network securitySolid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure servicesExperience leading and developing technical engineering teams in complex enterprise environmentsStrong vendor and managed service provider management experienceGood understanding of infrastructure security principles and operational resilienceExperience working within ITIL-based service environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience within manufacturing, FMCG, or highly operational environments would be advantageousFluency in EnglishWhy Join?This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping and modernising a global network and cloud environment, influencing connectivity strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise collaboration capabilities at scale.
