Product Advisor / Scrum Lead | Rail Logistics

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Agile Product Delivery Leader to drive the Rail Logistics domain within a global Supply Chain ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of Product Management and Agile Delivery, acting as the key link between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will lead backlog strategy, ensure value-driven delivery, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership - Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to Rail operations

- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria - Own and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value and delivery impact

- Partner with product managers, architects, and business teams on roadmap execution

Agile Delivery Leadership - Lead Agile execution as Scrum Lead / Scrum Master

- Facilitate all ceremonies including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives - Ensure strong adoption of Agile best practices, DoR and DoD

- Drive team velocity, predictability, and continuous improvement culture

Stakeholder Management - Act as the main point of contact for business and delivery stakeholders

- Translate business goals into actionable deliverables for the team - Manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure alignment on priorities

- Engage directly with users to validate product outcomes and value delivery

Delivery & Coordination - Manage cross-team dependencies across data, systems, and business functions

- Ensure smooth execution across engineering, analytics, and business teams - Track risks, manage escalations, and maintain delivery stability

- Support governance processes and release planning activities

Governance & Metrics - Track delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and release progress

- Ensure alignment with Agile governance and delivery standards - Monitor product health, quality, and operational performance

Required Experience - 10+ years of overall experience

- 5+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or hybrid) - Strong experience in backlog management and prioritization

- Proven stakeholder management and client-facing delivery experience

- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

Domain Experience (Preferred)- Supply Chain, Logistics, or Rail operations

- Exposure to shipment tracking, scheduling, or asset utilization - Experience working with enterprise platforms, data, or integrations
