We are currently seeking a bilingual Clojure Software Engineer, with advanced English skills (B2+) for a full-time position. What You'll Do Spend at least 75% of your time coding Own the full application lifecycle following a DevOps mindset (from design to production). Design and build scalable solutions using microservices and distributed systems. Share knowledge and mentor team members, especially around Clojure and best practices. Improve engineering standards across the team (testing, CI/CD, version control, deployment). Support hiring efforts by participating in interviews as the team grows. What Makes You a Great Fit 5–7+ years of software development experience in complex environments. 3+ years working with distributed application architectures. Strong expertise in: Clojure (must-have) Linux-based development CI/CD pipelines SOA and RESTful APIs Proven ability to write clean, efficient, resilient, and maintainable code. Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with AWS or other IaaS platforms is a plus.
