Business Development Representative (Remote)

Na Bizneo somos uma das maiores plataformas de HR Tech da Europa e LATAM, com mais de 30 módulos de software para gestão de pessoas :) Estamos buscando reforços para o time comercial no Brasil: alguém que curta o jogo da prospecção, entenda rápido um produto complexo e saiba ter uma conversa de verdade com um gestor de RH — não só seguir um script. O que você vai fazer aqui? Prospectar e abordar empresas do mercado brasileiro por telefone, e-mail e LinkedIn, gerando oportunidades qualificadas para o time de vendas. Este é um papel de SDR/BDR puro: seu foco é abrir portas, não fechar contratos. Entender o cenário de cada prospect: como gerenciam seus processos de RH hoje, quais são suas dores reais e onde a Bizneo pode fazer diferença. Qualificar oportunidades com critério, não com volume. Nos interessa mais uma reunião boa do que dez reuniões fracas. Manter o CRM atualizado e organizado. Dados limpos não são burocracia, são o que faz a máquina comercial funcionar. Colaborar com o time de vendas e marketing para refinar mensagens, cadências e estratégias de abordagem com base no que você vê no campo. O que buscamos? Experiência prévia em prospecção, pré-vendas (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) ou vendas internas em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS. Pode ser pouca, mas tem que ser real. Você é curioso/a sobre o produto que vende. Não quer só agendar reuniões — quer entender o que está vendendo e por que resolve o problema do cliente. Comunicação clara e natural, tanto por escrito quanto por telefone. Sabe adaptar o tom ao interlocutor sem soar robótico. Organização e disciplina no dia a dia: gerenciar pipeline, seguir cadências e cumprir follow-ups sem que ninguém precise cobrar. Gosta de trabalhar com metas e se motiva com resultados, mas entende que consistência importa mais que picos. Pontos extra se... Já vendeu ou prospectou software de RH, gestão de pessoas ou SaaS B2B para o mercado mid-market. Tem familiaridade com ferramentas como HubSpot, Salesforce ou plataformas de sales engagement (Apollo, Outreach, etc.). Fala espanhol. O que oferecemos?
