SEU CARDÁPIO DIÁRIO:
Aumentar a satisfação do cliente, o que é medido por elogios e pela velocidade de resposta aos *tickets* e conseguir atender a todos os chamados rapidamente, pois a posição exige agilidade, diferentemente de um chamado que pode ser respondido em uma semana
Além de sugerir melhorias para a área, entender os gargalos da área
Atuar com time de Engenharia, NOC, Operacao e Produto para resolver problemas de produção em serviços executados na nuvem (especialmente AWS);
Participação na priorização de evoluções no produto, levando em conta os melhores ganhos de valores para o negócio. Sempre baseando suas decisões em dados;
Construção de soluções escaláveis e resilientes;
Concepção e desenvolvimento de APIs;
Análise dos sistemas em produção buscando melhoria contínua.
INGREDIENTES QUE BUSCAMOS:
- Pessoa apaixonada por engenharia de software;
- Conhecimento em testes, sistemas distribuídos e conceitos de segurança no desenvolvimento;
- Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e NoSQL, incluindo queries e modelagem de dados;
- Conhecimento no uso de filas e tópicos para comunicação assíncrona;
- Conhecimento em Cloud, principalmente AWS, com visão de escalabilidade;
- Experiência com Infrastructure as Code e Docker;
- Opcional experiencia com Java e Kotlin;
