Now, we've just launched in Brazil, through a pilot in Santos and São Vicente, with more destinations ahead.What You'll DoLegal Interface, Privacy & Compliance Serve as the primary point of contact with the Legal team on data privacy matters related to operations in Brazil and China. Opportunity to work across departments with the Legal, Compliance, Investigations, and Operations teams Facilitate approval processes and decision-making on sensitive matters that require coordination among different departments Communicate risks, requests, and follow-ups clearly and promptly to the appropriate leadership.Key ResponsabilitiesCollaborate in the implementation and review of internal privacy and data protection policies, in alignment with corporate guidelines Documentation,Processes & Knowledge Management Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to internal investigations and law enforcement engagement Map and document operational scenarios that may require the involvement of law enforcement establishing clear activation workflowsLead the validation and approval process of SOPs across relevant stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Investigations, and Security Ensure periodic updates to documentation in line with regulatory or operational changes Institutional Engagement with Authorities Develop and maintain institutional relationships with law enforcement authorities, specialized units, and other public security agencies.Proactively identify scenarios where law enforcement involvement may support Keeta's operations and security.Fulfillment of Judicial Orders and Law Enforcement Requests Monitor, triage, and prioritize official letters, warrants, and requests received through official channelsConduct searches and data extraction from internal company databases to support the fulfillment of authority requestsDraft and submit official responses within legally established deadlines, ensuring the integrity and completeness of the information provided auditable records and Maintain controls of all requests received.RequirementsEducation & Experience Degree in LawPrior experience in law enforcement liaison, authority engagement, or regulatory compliance rolesBackground in technology companies, digital platforms, fintechs, or high-growth environments is a plus.Technical Skills Strong knowledge of LGPD and mechanisms for fulfilling judicial and law enforcement requestsFamiliarity with compliance processes and regulatory risk managementAbility to analyze and search internal databasesProficiency in drafting technical documents, SOPs, and official communications Behavioral CompetenciesProven ability to engage with law enforcement and judicial authoritiesSystemic thinking and capacity to anticipate scenarios involving security forcesStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without hierarchical authorityRigor, organization, and deadline awareness in an operational environment with legal and reputational impact Investigative mindset, proactive attitude, and problem-solving orientationEstablished network with Brazilian public security agenciesNice to HaveExperience using case management tools (e.G., Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira).Experience with process automation or data analysis for workflow improvement.Knowledge of digital law, criminal law, or regulatory frameworks.Experience in multicultural environments, particularly involving Brazil and China operations
