Product & Project Manager
IVENTIS
Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na gestão estratégica de produtos e projetos, liderando iniciativas end-to-end com foco em geração de valor, alinhamento entre negócio e tecnologia e evolução contínua das entregas. A posição terá atuação próxima aos times de negócio, tecnologia e stakeholders, contribuindo para definição de roadmap, priorização de demandas e acompanhamento de métricas de sucesso. Requisitos • Experiência em gestão de produtos e/ou projetos
• Experiência na elaboração e documentação de requisitos funcionais e regras de negócio
• Capacidade de traduzir demandas do negócio em especificações claras para times técnicos
• Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban ou similares)
• Experiência com priorização de demandas e gestão de stakeholders
• Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados
• Conhecimento em MSProject • Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação
• Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e multidisciplinares
• Experiência com acompanhamento de entregas e alinhamento entre áreas de negócio e tecnologia Principais responsabilidades
• Gestão end-to-end de produtos e projetos
• Definição e acompanhamento de roadmap estratégico
• Priorização e gestão de backlog
• Interface entre áreas de negócio e times técnicos
• Acompanhamento de métricas, indicadores e resultados
• Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria contínua
• Garantir alinhamento entre objetivos do negócio e entregas do produto Perfil comportamental
• Perfil colaborativo e estratégico
• Organização e visão de negócio
• Capacidade de liderança e tomada de decisão
• Proatividade e foco em resolução de problemas
• Mentalidade de melhoria contínua Modelo de atuação: Hibrido, sendo 3x por semana presencial na Berrini SP
