Wanted: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Servicenow - Contractor In Usd

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with strong understanding of the ServiceNow suite.

Candidates need to be willing to work US office hours. This positions is long-term.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Designing the full testing framework - including unit, integration, system, regression, UAT, and performance testing - tailored to the ServiceNow customization;
  
• Collaborating closely with the project team to understand application requirements, create test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
  
• Coordinating with business owners, developers, and end-user representatives to ensure test scenarios reflect real-world usage across different regions, roles, and support request types;
  
• Reviewing manual test cases and user stories in Azure DevOps projects;
  
• Creating and managing test cases, test data, and defects in Azure DevOps;
  
• Participating in Sprint planning and retrospective sessions;
  
• Monitoring defect trends, test coverage metrics, and quality KPIs throughout the project lifecycle to refine the approach and prevent recurring issues across successive release cycles;
  

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
  
• +5 years of experience in a QA role;
  
• +4 years of hands-on experience with Open-source testing tools (Selenium,TestNG/Junit, Cucumber,Appium etc.);
  
• +2 years of experience with the Azure DevOps platform is required;
  
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow suite
• API testing using Postman, Rest assured experience is a must;
  
• Experience in automating system integration (mock/stubs) and E2E Tests;
  
• +2+ Experience in mobile automation using Appium and cloud platforms like Browser stack /Lambda test;
  
• Experience witha JavaScript framework such as CypressIO or similar with experience of testing with Node.Js, React, Angular or similar JavaScript framework;
  
• Knowledge of SAP and experience with test automation of SAP FIORI and GUI using UFT/QTP is highly desired;
  
• Strong knowledge on Rest API, and working experience in REST API methods and operations, data serialization using JSON libraries;
  
• Experience in implementing CICD using Azure DevOps or Jenkin or GitLab or Git actions;
  
• Experience withobject-oriented programming languages like Java/JS/Python is must;
  
• Experience within both automated and manual testing, understanding the need and methodology behind incorporating both types of testing;
  
• Experience in SCM, CICD and build management tools such Maven, Sonar, Git, Azure pipelines/Jenkins, Docker;
  
• Other test automation frameworks like Selenide/Playwright/Jest is desirable;
  
• Fluent in English;
