Project Manager

We are looking for a full-time, remote Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within software and technology organizations. This role is focused on driving multiple concurrent product transition, migration, and implementation projects while coordinating stakeholders across Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Implementation teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, excels at managing competing priorities, and can serve as the central point of coordination across numerous workstreams. You will act as the organizational \"control tower,\" ensuring critical initiatives stay on track, dependencies are identified early, risks are mitigated, and teams remain aligned toward shared objectives.

Their software connects people, equipment, and facilities to provide enterprise-wide visibility and data-driven insights that fuel asset optimization, improve operational efficiency, and help organizations manage risk, maintenance, and fuel logistics more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordinator for 15 concurrent projects, including product transitions, implementation initiatives, and product enhancements
• Drive cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, Operations, Training, and Implementation teams
• Develop and maintain program-level roadmaps, timelines, and dependency tracking
• Ensure legacy product retirement initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate customer transition activities, including internal readiness, legal requirements, implementation planning, and operational processes
• Partner with IT and Engineering teams to ensure systems, infrastructure, and technical requirements are properly aligned
• Work closely with Legal and Operations teams to support product migrations, compliance requirements, notifications, and transition planning
• Track and manage action items across multiple stakeholders and departments
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and ensure resources remain focused on the highest-impact initiatives
• Proactively identify project risks and drive resolution before they impact delivery timelines
• Provide executive-level visibility into program status, blockers, dependencies, and milestones
• Support implementation and rollout planning to ensure successful adoption of new products and services
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Engineering teams while maintaining a broader program-level perspective
• Establish and improve processes for managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Drive accountability across teams and ensure commitments are completed on schedule

Required Experience

• Excellent English communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations roles
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in software or technology-focused organizations
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating work across multiple business functions and departments
• Ability to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and process improvements across complex initiatives
• Strong experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving execution
• Experience working with software development, product management, and engineering organizations
• Technical acumen with a solid understanding of software development, infrastructure, and technology concepts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and maintain accountability across teams
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and evolving requirements

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing product migrations, software implementations, or legacy system retirement programs
• Experience using Kanban-based project management methodologies
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven organizations
• Experience with portfolio management, program governance, or PMO functions
• Familiarity with Agile development environments
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
• Experience working in highly cross-functional, matrixed environments
