Solutions Architect - Amazon Connect Customer & Genai

Na ACXIA, ajudamos empresas a transformar suas jornadas de relacionamento utilizando Amazon Connect Customer, Inteligência Artificial Generativa e Agentic AI.
Estamos buscando um(a) Solutions Architect para liderar o desenho de soluções inovadoras de Customer Experience, conectando estratégia, tecnologia e resultados de negócio.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Definir arquiteturas de Customer Experience utilizando Amazon Connect Customer e serviços AWS;
- Desenhar jornadas omnichannel de atendimento, automação e autoatendimento;
- Projetar soluções utilizando Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Amazon Nova e Agentic AI;
- Conduzir workshops de discovery, definição de requisitos e PoCs;
- Apoiar clientes na construção de soluções escaláveis e orientadas a resultados e;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com times de CX, desenvolvimento e arquitetura para garantir proposições de alta qualidade.
Requisitos Obrigatórios:
- Experiência em arquitetura de soluções de atendimento ao cliente, contact center ou plataformas omnichannel;
- Experiência com Amazon Connect Customer ou plataformas equivalentes de CX em nuvem;
- Conhecimento em automação, bots, IA Generativa e jornadas digitais;
- Vivência em levantamento de requisitos, desenho de soluções e interação com clientes e;
- Conhecimento de arquitetura AWS e integrações via APIs.
Diferenciais:
- Certificações AWS;
- Experiência com Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Amazon Nova e Agentic AI;
- Conhecimento em Salesforce, Dynamics ou ServiceNow e;
- Experiência em projetos de Customer Experience e transformação digital.
