Technical Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and ecosystem. Hands-on experience or understanding of SAP landscapes modules such as, S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, Basis, ABAP, integration technologies, testing, release and transport management. Understanding of SAP integration with third-party systems and cloud platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Required Qualifications Project and integration management Status Reporting Risk Management Stakeholder management Functional specification Review OQ (functional test) / PQ (End User Test) Specification / Review OQ (functional test) / PQ (End User Test) Execution / Review Cutover plan (contribute) / Data migration User Requirement technical assessment KDD support Project Review Third Part Logistics scope assesment and alignment Project Manager for Brazil triggered projects, e.g.: 3PL Andreani and other LATAM triggered projects Solution and development of NVS systems landscape and know how in PEP WHS implementations in South America Main Activities and Responsibilities Governance and Meetings - Coordinate and drive meetings and tech sync ups with vendors (e.g.: 3PL/ 4PLs) and Novartis LDC SPOCs (IT/ business). Integrated Plan and Reporting - Project Charter prepared based on SoW and shared for approval; continuous status reports and Jira status updates; ongoing risk management. Project Charter, status reporting, and risk management. Risk Management and Issue Resolution - Integrated plan maintained; critical risks identified, with issues resolved and decisions facilitated. Integrated plan tracking and critical risk resolution Functional Specification / OQ Test Review - R4.x Build reviewed; all project review deliverables updated as required in the NVS Project plan based on the integrations in scope Testing Management - R4.x Testing in Dev, integrated screening/ OQ testing and UAT coordination and tracking with vendors and LDC build team. End to end responsibility for timely key testing milestones completion. Contribute with R3.x Cutover and Data Migration Plan - Inputs provided to cutover manager for interface requirements and data migration scope. Facilitate completion of overall cutover plan between Novartis and vendors (IT/ business). Contribute with R3.x Hypercare Support - Hypercare support provided to R3.x countries; incidents and enhancements delivered with TD team assistance and timely support request and tracking with vendors.
