Brand Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Job Responsibilities1. ● Localized promotion strategy formulation: Based on the market environment, competitive landscape and customer profile of the assigned region, align with the Companys overall brand planning, develop localized brand promotion implementation plans, and oversee the rollout of the regional annual brand promotion plan. ●2. ● Organization and planning of key local events: Lead the proposal development, resource coordination, on-site execution, on-site management and post-event effectiveness review of key marketing activities within the jurisdiction, including self-funded exhibitions, customer experience sessions and product promotion events. ● Oversee end-to-end implementation to ensure events deliver on brand communication and market expansion objectives. ●3. ● Management of dealer promotion activities: Guide and collaborate with overseas dealers in the jurisdiction to plan and deliver various marketing promotion activities such as exhibitions, roadshows and customer experience sessions. ● Oversee activity proposal review and in-process management, coordinate resources and conduct post-event effectiveness reviews, fully unlock the promotional value of dealer channels, and continuously identify regional market opportunities. ●4. ● Brand image compliance management: Supervise dealer outlets, promotion events, promotional materials and other brand touchpoints within the jurisdiction to ensure strict compliance with Shantui brand visual identity standards. ● Conduct routine brand image inspections, promptly rectify non-compliant usage, and ensure consistent and standardized brand presentation across the region. ●5. ● Operation and management of regional websites and overseas social media accounts: Responsible for the operational planning and day-to-day management of regional sub-sites under the overseas official website and social media accounts within the jurisdiction. ● Oversee content planning, content asset production, user engagement and public sentiment management. ● Deliver localized communication aligned with regional user preferences, and build an efficient and stable online brand communication platform. ●6. ● Collection and management of marketing promotion assets: Regularly collect first-hand on-site materials from regional exhibitions, on-site equipment operations, dealer activities and other frontline scenarios. ● Establish a classified material archiving mechanism to support social media promotion, material production and case study development, providing continuous original content support for regional marketing promotion. ●II. ● Qualification Requirements1. ● Education and Major: Bachelors degree or above, with preference for majors in marketing, brand communication or related fields. ● For candidates with brand promotion experience in the construction machinery or equipment manufacturing industry, education and major requirements may be relaxed. ●2. ● Planning and execution: Able to independently conduct local market research, develop and write marketing promotion proposals, oversee end-to-end delivery of brand activities, conduct standardized post-event reviews, and continuously optimize promotion strategies. ●3. ● Overseas communication capability: Familiar with the operation of overseas social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. ● Able to plan graphic, text and short-video content assets, and understand the mechanics of local overseas market promotion. ●4. ● Comprehensive competencies: Strong cross-cultural communication and overall coordination capabilities, with demonstrated resilience under pressure. ● Aligned with the Companys internationalization strategy, able to independently resolve unexpected issues, and deliver localized brand work with flexibility and innovation. ●.
