Environmental Health Safety Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is a highly visible role that partners closely with manufacturing operations to drive initiatives across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), ensuring compliance while fostering a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvementWhat we''re looking for:- Bachelor''s degree in engineering (all Engineering disciplines are welcome)- Postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety, Quality or Continuous Improvement- Mandatory certifications: ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001- Advanced English (regular interaction with global teams, KPI reporting and action plans)- Experience in manufacturing environments- ESG knowledge is a plusBeyond technical expertise, success in this role depends on the ability to:

• Build strong relationships across different functions and organizational levels
• Communicate with confidence, clarity and diplomacy
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive them through completion
• Influence teams without direct authority
